Copyright and ownership

Who owns what goes into ReelForge and what comes out, and how to report something that should not be here.

What you bring

  • You keep every right you have in the footage, images, documents and text you upload.
  • Upload only what you own or have permission to use. Recording a match from the stands is yours; a broadcaster's feed is not.

What you take away

  • Clips, scripts, prompts, images, sounds and documents made for you are yours to use, edit and publish, including commercially.
  • That does not clear the rights of anyone else. A clip cut from footage you had no right to use is still not yours to publish.
  • AI-generated material is not guaranteed to be unique, and the law on who owns it differs between countries.

Working from someone else's material

Some tools start from a reference: a video link, an advert you admire, a flyer you like. They are built to take structure and craft from it, such as the order of beats, pacing, layout and the kind of hook, and to write and draw new material for you. They are not for copying another party's wording, logo, people, music or claims, and you must not use them to.

Reporting an infringement

If you believe something made or stored with ReelForge infringes your rights, email unscripted4ce@gmail.com with:

  • the work you say has been infringed;
  • where the material is, as exactly as you can;
  • your name and how to reach you;
  • a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner, and that the report is accurate.

We will remove or disable material that infringes, and may close the accounts of people who do it repeatedly.
