Terms of Service

Who can use ReelForge

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms. If you use ReelForge for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for it.

Your account

• Sign up with an email address you can read. We use it to reach you about your account.
• Keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
• One account is for one person or one business. Do not share or sell it.

Credits and payment

• ReelForge is paid for with credits. You buy them in packs, and each run of a tool spends some. There is no subscription.
• Payments are taken by Paystack, Kora, Flutterwave or Fincra, depending on how you choose to pay, or sent by mobile money or USDT transfer, which we check by hand before adding the credits. We never see or store your card details.
• Every tool shows its price before you start. The price shown when you start a run is what that run costs, even if prices change later.
• Automate (Image / Video Automation and Flow Director) is paid from a separate prepaid wallet in US dollars. Placing an order holds its price in the wallet; it is charged only for what is delivered, and what is not delivered is returned to the wallet. A Flow Director licence is charged when it is bought and runs for its stated time. Like credits, the wallet balance has no cash value outside ReelForge and cannot be transferred.
• Credits are a prepaid way to use the service. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Credits do not expire at present.
• Purchases are final, with the exceptions set out in the Refund Policy. When a run fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

What you upload

• Your uploads stay yours. Footage, images, documents and text you give us remain your property.
• You confirm that you own what you upload or have permission to use it. Do not upload broadcast footage, films, adverts, flyers or other material you have no right to use.
• You give us permission to store and process your uploads only as needed to produce what you asked for.

What you make

• What ReelForge produces for you is yours to use, including commercially, subject to the rights of anyone whose material went into it.
• Much of it is generated by AI. It can be wrong, incomplete or similar to something made for someone else. Check it before you publish or rely on it.
• It is creative material, not legal, medical or financial advice.
• Finished files are kept for a limited time, shown beside each file. Download what you want to keep. See the Copyright page for more on ownership.

What you must not do

Do not use ReelForge to:

• break the law or help anyone else to;
• infringe copyright, trade marks or anyone's right to their own image or voice;
• harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anyone;
• produce sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hatred;
• spread deliberate falsehoods presented as fact;
• trade likes, views or subscriptions, or otherwise fake engagement on another platform;
• probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or prices;
• resell access to the service.

Services we rely on

Some tools read public information from YouTube through the YouTube API Services. By using them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other providers we use are listed in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

ReelForge is in beta. Tools may be paused, changed or withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable at times. A tool that is paused says so and takes no credits.

Suspension and deleting your account

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credits may then be lost.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account. Deletion is permanent: your files, history and any unused credits are removed and cannot be restored or refunded.

Our responsibility to you

• The service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
• Nothing here removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow to be removed.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Carrying on using ReelForge after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
