Privacy Policy
What ReelForge collects when you use it, why, who else handles it, and how to remove it.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see or store it.
- What you give a tool. The videos, images, documents, links and text you submit so a tool can run.
- What a tool makes for you. Finished files and the summary shown on the result.
- Credits and payments. Purchases, charges and refunds on your balance and your Automate wallet, with the payment reference and amount. Card details go to the payment provider and never reach us.
- Public channel information. When you link a YouTube channel or submit a video link, the public details of that channel or video, read through the YouTube API Services.
- Support messages. What you send through the Support page, and the address you ask us to reply to.
- Telegram, if you link it. Your Telegram user ID, username and first name, so the ReelForge bot can answer you. The bot sends your balance, rank and the names of your files to that chat.
- Technical records. Standard server logs, such as the time of a request, and your IP address and browser type as recorded by our hosting provider.
Why we use it
- To create your account and keep it secure.
- To run the tools you start and deliver what they make.
- To take payment, keep your balance right, and return credits when a run fails.
- To find and fix faults, and to stop abuse.
- To answer you when you ask for help.
We do not sell your information, show advertising, or use analytics or advertising trackers.
Who else handles it
We pass on only what each provider needs to do its part:
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) hosts the site, handles sign-in, stores your account, files and history, and produces recap narration. Data is processed in the United States.
- Anthropic receives the text and images you submit to writing tools, to generate the result.
- ElevenLabs receives the brief for a sound, the audio of a reference advert you ask us to study, and the narration of an Automate episode, to speak it.
- Google, whose image model makes the pictures, receives image prompts and, for a flyer remake, the reference flyer and the brand images you supplied.
- Paystack, Kora, Flutterwave and Fincra take payment, whichever you choose. The one you use receives your email address and the payment details you enter with it. For a mobile money or USDT transfer, we keep the transaction reference and the screenshot you send, to check it.
- Telegram carries the bot's messages, if you link it.
- YouTube API Services supply public channel and video information. Google's handling of that is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Everything ReelForge makes for you, videos included, is removed 72 hours after it is made. Sound files are removed after 6 hours.
- Uploads, run history and your credit record are kept while your account exists.
- Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and keep a record of it.
- After you delete your account we keep only the record of each payment (its reference, amount and pack, without your email or any proof of transfer), which prevents the same payment being credited twice and is needed for accounting, and, without your identity, the fact that a post was once submitted for free credits.
Your choices
- Delete everything. Account, then Delete account. It removes your account, files and history straight away and cannot be undone.
- See or correct your information. Your name can be changed in Account. For anything else, email unscripted4ce@gmail.com. We may need to confirm the request comes from the account holder.
- Browser storage. See Cookies and browser storage.
Security
Files are private to your account. A download is a link issued to you that stops working after a few minutes. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.
Children
ReelForge is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
