Refund Policy

Credits returned automatically

You do not need to ask for these. They return to your balance, not to your card.

• A run fails on our side. The credits it was charged are returned in full.
• Part of a batch fails. Where a run makes many things at once, such as a set of images, you are charged only for what was delivered.
• A flyer cannot be produced as approved. If a remade flyer cannot be drawn, or its wording does not match what you approved, the larger part of the price is returned and the brief and captions are still delivered.

A run that cannot start because of what was entered, such as a link that cannot be read or a file of the wrong type, is refused before anything is charged.

Purchases of credits

Credit purchases are final, except for:

• a duplicate charge for the same purchase;
• a payment that went through but did not add the credits;
• a transaction you did not authorise.

In those cases we will add the missing credits or refund the payment the way it was made.

The same applies to Automate wallet top-ups and Flow Director licences. Automate work that is not delivered is never charged: its hold goes back to your wallet on its own.

What is not refunded

• Credits you have spent on runs that completed.
• A result you are unhappy with but that was delivered as described. Tell us anyway; it helps us improve.
• The 5 credits charged to recover a file after its free download window.
• A file that was removed because its time ran out.
• Unused credits on an account you chose to delete.

How to ask

Email unscripted4ce@gmail.com or use the Support page. Include your account email, the amount, the approximate time, and the payment reference (listed under Your payments on the Credits page, and on your receipt). Never send a password or card number.

This page states the same rules as the Terms of Service. It does not add further guarantees beyond them.
