Tell us what went wrong and we will reply by email. One detailed message is easier to act on than several short ones.

Before you write

  • Credits look wrong? Credits lists every purchase, charge and refund. A failed run returns its credits on its own.
  • Cannot find a result? Look in Files, and in Recents inside the tool. A long run can finish after the page has stopped watching it.
  • Paid but nothing arrived? Wait a minute and reload once. Do not pay again while the first payment is still being confirmed.
